At Details Decided, we pride ourselves on offering a highly personalised service to bring your vision to life. From getting to know your unique ideas to providing multiple revisions, our goal is to ensure that your sign is exactly as you envisioned it.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

• As our work is custom made to order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation under any circumstances. 

PRICING

• All pricing on our website is in AUD. If we need to invoice you for any additional changes, these will also be invoiced in AUD.

SHIPPING

• We use Australia Post for shipping and you’ll receive tracking information for every package sent. Please note that Details Decided is not responsible for any damage, delays, or losses that occur during shipping.

• International shipments may incur additional duties and taxes based on the destination country.

SPELLING ERRORS

• Once you approve the design via the Digital Mockups, it is considered final and accurate as shown. It is crucial to review all artwork thoroughly for any spelling mistakes or other details, as this document represents your final design.

• Details Decided is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the text or artwork after the digital mockup has been approved, even if the errors were present in your initial content submission.
